  1. The service allows you to contact the Administrator and provide him with identification and contact information, as well as related to the content of the message.

Purpose and legal basis for processing personal data.

The withdrawal of consent does not affect the storage of data for the purpose of fulfilling a contract binding the parties.

Obligation or voluntariness of providing data

Rights under the RODO regarding the data being processed

You have the right:

  • request from the Administrator to inspect your data, as well as to receive a copy of it (Article 15 of the RODO);
  • Demand that the Administrator rectify or amend your data (Article 16 of the RODO) - with regard to the request for rectification of data, when you notice that the data is incorrect or incomplete;
  • Demand that the Administrator delete the data (Article 17 of the RODO);
  • request the Administrator to restrict processing (18 RODO) - e.g., if you notice that your data is incorrect - you can request a restriction of the processing of your data for a period of time allowing us to check the accuracy of the data);
  • lodge a complaint in connection with the Administrator's processing of your personal data to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

Recipients of your personal data

Recipients of your personal data may only be entities that are entitled to receive them under the law. In addition, your data may be shared with couriers, postal operators, hosting provider, mail server, law firms and other entities within the limits of the law.

Data storage time

If your data is processed under a legitimate interest related to the performance of a contract entered into by you or on your behalf, the processing of your data will continue throughout the term of the contract and thereafter until the statute of limitations for the parties' claims related to the contract.

If your data is processed under consent, including marketing consent, it will be processed until the consent is withdrawn and then until the expiration of the parties' statute of limitations.

Data related to web traffic analysis collected through cookies and similar technologies may be stored until the cookie expires. Some cookies never expire, so the length of time the data is stored will be equivalent to the time necessary for the administrator to fulfill the purposes of data collection, such as ensuring security and analyzing historical data related to site traffic.

Transfer of data to a third country or international organization
