Warranty and Complaints

At Aromatone, we value your satisfaction. Hence you are requested to keep your payment vouchers and the original package until the warranty period ends, as they are essential for reporting any complaints.

Prior to accepting your parcel:

Before accepting your delivery, check for any visible damages. If you notice any issues, please refuse the delivery and contact us at email@aromatone.eu

For product defects or non-compliance:

Send the product back to us with a written statement describing the complaint, desired compensation, return address, and bank details (shipping costs are the client's responsibility).

Within 14 days of receiving the parcel, we'll inform you of the complaint resolution via email or phone.

Products that may not be returned

Please note that, that we do not accept the unsealed products or products with removed/damaged protective strip unless the products have manufacturing defect.

For groundless complaints:

We'll provide a detailed justification within 14 working days and send back the product, covering delivery costs.

Return of Products

In line with regulations, you can return a product within 14 calendar days from receiving it, without giving any reasons, applicable to consumer sales.

Return process:

Send the undamaged product in its original packaging, covering shipment costs.

Enclose a written statement expressing your desire to return the product and provide an account number for the refund.

Within 5 working days of receiving your parcel, we'll check for any signs of use or damage.

If no issues arise, we'll notify you via email and refund within 7 working days to your provided account or charge card.

Rejected Returns:
